Woodmount Ridge is located in the beautiful Congewai Valley, on Darkinjung country in the Lower Hunter Valley, 1.30mins from Wahroonga's M1 entrance. Owned and operated by a family who, like many of our guests were seeking relief from the hustle and bustle of city life.
It is located 10 minutes south of Cessnock and 20 minutes south of Pokolbin and the fabulous wineries, activities, and restaurants.
The accommodation is the original farmers cottage which has been tastefully renovated to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Its sits on 4 acres of expansive lawns and gardens and is surrounded by 80 acres of farmland.
The house includes 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeping up to 8 guests (and 2 additional kids are OK) it is an ideal solution for those concert getaways or family holidays to immerse yourself in farm life and wine country lifestyle.

Dogs and small pets are welcome and can have access to the under cover secure verandah and TV room (however not in the other areas of house). Please note property is not fenced for dogs, however there is an enclosed verandah for overnight and short periods when you go out.

Just sign a short term agistment agreement. Arena and oddles of country lanes to stroll
We are not able offer horse riding as an activity for guests due to insurance - please see local activities page for recommendations of local horse riding businesses
