• Friday and Saturday (and Long Weekend Sundays) Nightly Rate: $700

  
  

• School Holidays Nightly Rate: $700

  
  

• Mid Week Rate: $450

  
  

• Standard Cleaning and Linen Fee applies to all bookings: $200 

  
  

• Additional Cleaning / Damage Bond (should the check out instructions or additional hours cleaning required): $100- refunded if the home is left clean and tidy

• Pet fee (additional clean required): $25

  
  

Booking Terms

• Two nights minimum stay over weekends and in school holidays 

  
  

• Public holiday long weekends three night minimum

  
  

• One night stay OK Monday to Wednesday

  
  

How to Book

Woodmount Ridge can now accept direct bookings, which save on third party fees. We will send you an invoice and your booking will be secured on full payment. The availability link will take you to the homeaway calendar which shows latest availability calendar.

Cancellation Policy

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
